APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

A 50% Deposit is required for all appointments. Non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of appointment time. Appointments that are canceled more than 24 hours deposits will be refunded.

 

CANCELATION POLICY 

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. Canceling within 24 hours of an appointment will result in your deposit being kept as the cancelation fee. New appointments will require a new deposit. 

 

LATE ARRIVALS

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time and be responsible for full service fee. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. 

 

NO-SHOWS

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged a 50% no-show fee. 

 

SPA ETIQUETTE 

Anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave and prohibited from future bookings.
